As a child of the context of a Catholic family, she was brought up in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Her parents enrolled their daughter at the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a prestigious religious institution. She loved music since she was young. As a kid, she was taught to play the piano and when she was thirteen, she composed her first tune. She's performed at a variety of open mics. She was a huge fan of the Queen Michael Jackson, Madonna as well as David Bowie. A graduate of New York University, Tisch School of Art she began taking music classes after her high school graduation.
